Jill Swenson

Jill Swenson is a developmental editor, literary representative, and executive director of Swenson Book Development LLC, which serves a select clientele of award-winning authors who write memoir, narrative nonfiction, children’s picture books, middle-grade fiction, art/photography, poetry, and YA. With a Ph.D. from The University of Chicago and 30 years of teaching, editing, and coaching writers, Jill is an author’s advocate. She has previously taught writing at The Mill, The Loft Literary Center, Grand Marais Art Colony, Ithaca College, and the University of Georgia-Athens.
