We are excited to celebrate local and regional authors at the UntitledTown Book Fair! This event will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with solo or shared booths available for one or both days.

To be eligible for the Book Fair:

• All work must be original, and must be represented by the author or publisher. AI assisted or generated works are not eligible. While we welcome publishers, booksellers, and distributors, preferance is given to authors with one or more titles.
• The majority of your books and items must be available for sale, although you may offer some original free items (stickers, bookmarks, etc.)
• You must showcase one or more book items. If you are an author showcasing a single title or single book project, please consider the shared booth option.
• Complete this form no later than September 4th, 2026.

Additional Book Fair Details:

• Unloading and set-up will take place Saturday morning OR Sunday morning beginning at 8:45am. Authors must be present and checked in by 9:30am.
  • 5-10 minute unloading zones are available curbside at Badger State and at Legacy Hotel. After you have unloaded your work, please move your car to general parking and away from loading/unloading zones.
  • Your table should be ready for visitors by 10am.
• Your booth is the width of your table. Walkways and exits must remain clear due to fire codes and accessibility. Due to limited space, we cannot accomodate banners, stands, bookshelves or extra items that protrude in front of or alongside your table. Please do not set up anything that would block or impinge upon another booth's space.
• Booths consist of a 3-4ft shared table and one armless chair, or a solo 6-8ft table with one to two armless chairs. We encourage you to bring a tablecloth to better highlight your work.
• Electrical outlets are limited. If you need to be hard-wired, consider bringing your own source of power.
• Wifi will be available for your use. Connectivity can be sluggish under high traffic, so consider back-ups if sales depend on it.
• You are responsible for your own sales, tax reporting, and cybersecurity. Please bring change if you're accepting cash sales.
• We ask that you wait until the close of the Book Fair at 5pm to load out. Areas should be cleared of all product and trash.

Please note that due to limited space and availability, the completion of this application does not guarantee entry. In the event that booths sell out before all submissions can be accepted, fees for remaining applicants will be returned in full. Organizers may refuse any applicant entry to the Book Fair based on available booth space and times selected. All applicants will be notified of their status by September 10th.

Shared Booths | Single day: $30, Both Days: $50
