Taking the Me out of Memoir with Jill Swenson

Writing a memoir in first-person is more about perspective than it is about the liberal use of “I” or “me” in sentences. There are limitations to using first-person point-of-view in constructing a narrative arc and this workshop is intended to help you overcome those limitations with literary conventions and devices of this genre.
